The Social Security Administration allows survivors to report the death of the loved. The site also provides information on potential benefits that can be claimed by the survivors.

NCA honors Veterans and their families with final resting places in national shrines and with lasting tributes that commemorate their service and sacrifice to our Nation



OREGON VITAL RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES
Oregon law requires all vital events such as birth, marriage, divorce, registered domestic partnership, dissolution of registered domestic partnership, fetal death, and death be permanently recorded and registered. These are legal records documenting a vital event.



CRIME VICTIMS & SURVIVAL SERVICES
The Crime Victim and Survivor Services Division (CVSSD) reduces the impact of crime on victims’ lives. They help victims cover crime-related costs and support statewide victim services programs. CVSSD promote and protect victims’ rights, and provide information and resources.

The mission of DSL is to ensure a legacy for Oregonians and their public schools through sound stewardship of lands, wetlands, waterways, unclaimed property, estates and the Common School Fund.



MULTNOMAH COUNTY DIVISION OF ASSESSMENT & TAXATION
The Division of Assessment, Recording and Taxation (DART) is a multi-faceted organization within Multnomah County, providing a diverse set of services to the County’s 750,000-plus residents. Their mission is to serve the public by carrying out all mandated functions with integrity, accountability, excellent customer service, accuracy and effectiveness, while strategically and prudently managing public resources.



CLACKAMAS COUNTY DIVISION OF ASSESSMENT & TAXATION
The Mission of the Assessment & Taxation Department is to administer State property tax laws, including Appraisal, Assessment, Tax Collection and Mapping services to property taxpayers and taxing districts so they will have confidence in the tax system and receive the highest quality customer experience.



WASHINGTON COUNTY DIVISION OF ASSESSMENT & TAXATION
The responsibilities of the Department of Assessment and Taxation include appraisal and assessment of property; collection of property taxes for all taxing entities; recording documents, land plats, issuing marriage licenses, records retention and administration of Elections.



MULTNOMAH COUNTY PROBATE COURT
The Probate Department in Multnomah County handles all estates, adult and minor guardianships, conservatorships, and trust cases.



THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS)
The IRS administers and enforces U.S. federal tax laws.



DONATE LIFE NORTHWEST
Donate Life Northwest educates and registers people in the Pacific Northwest about organ, eye and tissue donation, Donate Life Northwest gives hope to those waiting for a transplant.



WASHINGTON STATE VITAL RECORDS
The Department of Health issues certified copies of vital records (or “certificates”) for births, deaths, marriages and divorces that took place in the state of Washington.
